Drop us an email within 14 days of receiving your purchased product and we will offer you an easy, free return or full refund. It's that simple.

To be eligible for a full refund or return, your item(s) must be unused in the same condition that you received it in. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your refund or return, we require proof of purchase.

Partial refunds are granted in certain situations:

• Purchased items not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Purchased items that are returned after 14 days after delivery

Non-refundable items: 

• Custom-made/bespoke items. 

Return Address

Please email the team for the return address. DO NOT return the parcel to sender as this is the incorrect return warehouse, and we will not be able to issue you a refund.

Refunds

Once your product is returned and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Bespoke/Custom Made Items 

We strictly offer NO returns on bespoke/custom-made items.

Chargebacks Against Us

Unlawful chargebacks against us will be pursued rigorously through the court if necessary. 

Courier Shipping Delays 

We value your business and strive to provide you with the best service possible. However, it's vital to understand that delays in shipping, caused by the courier, are unequivocally not covered by us. These delays, which can be frustrating, include circumstances such as packages being held up in customs, which are beyond our control. While we work diligently to ensure your orders are dispatched promptly and arrive in a timely manner, external factors can sometimes disrupt the delivery process which we do not cover. 

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
